WHAT’S YOUR FAMILY FUN SWEEPSTAKES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER TO WIN OR PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

Eligibility. Participants must be a natural person at least twenty-five (25) years of age or older and attending an Event at which this Sweepstakes is being held by Sponsor. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Sponsor. The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Always Travel With Us, LLC., a Florida corporation and licensed seller of travel, whose address is 2626 E Oakland Park Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33306 (the “Sponsor”).

Entry Period. This Sweepstakes will run for a period of approximately one (1) week, beginning at the start of an event, such as trade shows, craft shows, fairs or events (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Events”), and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM, unless the following Monday is a federal holiday in which case the Sweepstakes will end on the first business day thereafter (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter. During the Entry Period, Participants can complete an electronic entry form on Sponsor’s tablet at the Event Participant is attending. Only fully completed electronic entry forms on Sponsor’s tablet during the Event will be accepted for the Sweepstakes and eligible for the drawing. Participants will be required to provide basic contact information, including your name, street address, phone number and email address.

Limitations on Entries. Only one (1) entry per person may be completed. No third party entry is permitted. Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities will be disqualified by the Sponsor.

Prize. Only one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize will be a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) gift card. The retail value of the prize is Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00). In lieu of the gift card, Sponsor may elect to deliver a check in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) to the Winner. The prize will be sent to Winner by U.S. mail within fourteen (14) days after Winner has been notified and Winner has accepted prize. If prize is returned as undeliverable, then the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will randomly draw another Winner. Winner will be responsible for federal, state and local taxes, if applicable.

Drawing. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries collected from all participating Events during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on Monday for all entries received during the week at participating Events. In the event Monday is a federal or state holiday, the drawing will be held on the first business day thereafter. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters related to the Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Winner who Sponsor determines is ineligible, has violated a rule, gained an unfair advantage or used some fraudulent means.

Winner. Sponsor will notify the Winner by telephone or via email. If Sponsor is unable to communicate with Winner within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, Winner may be disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected in a random drawing at Sponsor’s discretion.

Odds of Winning. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the week at all participating Events.

Warning. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON(S), WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE ANY SPONSOR OWNED EQUIPMENT, OR OTHERWISE INTERFERE WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE AGAINST SUCH PERSON(S) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

General Terms. Except as prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, Winner grants Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use Winner’s name, photograph, voice and/or likeness without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration of any kind for advertising, promotion and or publicity purposes in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world.

Winner’s Name. The name of the Winner will be available within forty-eight (48) hours after the close of the Sweepstakes on www.whatsyourfamilyfun.com.

THIS PROMOTIONAL DEVICE IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING THE NAMES AND ADDRESSES OF PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS. SUCH NAMES AND ADDRESS ACQUIRED MAY BE USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING SALES OF VACATION OWNERSHIP INTERESTS.

MARKETING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering this drawing, you agree to participate in this marketing promotion (the “Promotion”). This is an advertising/promotional program to introduce Participants to the What’s Your Family Fun Program, Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates® and its family of U.S. destination resort properties.

Participants must complete the computerized Entry Form in its entirety and acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions for this promotional offer in order to activate their What’s Your Family Fun Ticket. What’s Your Family Fun Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented to Participant by a Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates® Agent. Participants should visit www.whatsyourfamilyfun.com within 7 days after the receipt and activation of their What’s Your Family Fun Ticket to choose, instantly, which “Gift” Participant would like to receive from Sponsor for participating in this Promotion. Participants simply need to enter the ticket number on the front of their What’s Your Family Fun Ticket, their last name and phone number, provided at the time of registration on the What’s Your Family Fun website. Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, void and cancel Participant’s What’s Your Family Fun Ticket in the event the Participant does not visit www.whatsyourfamilyfun.com within 7 days of Participant’s receipt and activation of their What’s Your Family Fun Ticket.

GIFTS: Qualifying Participants may select one (1) of the following Gifts (each of which has a retail value of up to $299.99). BONUS GIFT: As an added bonus, each eligible Participant that completes a Tour will receive a complimentary 3-day/2-night Vacation Certificate at a participating resort. The Vacation Certificate may have a retail value of up to $792.00, depending on the season confirmed and amenities offered at the resort. A $50.00 fee will be required for any rescheduled reservations. At the time of making a reservation for the 3 days/2 nights vacation, you will be required to pay a deposit of $139.00. In addition, for stays in the Kissimmee/Orlando area in Florida, Participant will be required to pay room taxes in the amount of $29.00 per night. The deposit amount paid will be returned in the form of a Visa gift card upon completion of the scheduled tour. If Participant schedules their Tour and vacation at the same time, only one (1) deposit of $129 would be required.

TOUR DEPOSIT: Participation in this program requires the payment of $129.00 deposit (“Tour Deposit”) at the time Participant schedules their Tour. The Tour Deposit will be refunded to Participant, in the form of a Visa gift card for the amount of the Tour Deposit paid by Participant, upon Participant’s completion of the Tour. The Tour Deposit is non-refundable if Participant fails to attend their scheduled Tour or should the Participant be deemed to be not eligible to participate in this program.

ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS: Everyone is welcome to participate; however, in order to receive and activate a What’s Your Family Fun Ticket and be eligible for a Gift and Bonus Gift, a Participant must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of the Tour: (i) be at least 21 if married and 25 if single of age, (ii) have a minimum annual household income of $50,000.00, (iii) have a permanent ID, such as a valid state issued driver’s license, identification card, or valid passport, (iv) a major credit card with a major credit card logo such as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover (American Express is excluded). Married or cohabitating couples must attend the Tour together to receive the Gift & Bonus Gift offered in this promotion. Current Vacation Village Resorts and Affiliates® owners, employees and their families, and anyone visiting a Vacation Village Resort® or Affiliate within the past 12 months on any promotional program are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
